New in ProofHub: Introduced the option to create recurring tasks

Introduced the option to create recurring tasks

It’s the month of love. And, to celebrate the love we have with all of our customers, we are here with the most awaited update in ProofHub – introduction of recurring tasks!

You can now make a task to repeat periodically based upon its completion date rather than having to create it time and again.

Here’s a look at how the recurring task option will work –

Once you set the start and end date for a particular task, you will get the option of ‘Recurring task’ in ProofHub. Using the drop down you can select the period of recurrence i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

Daily recurring tasks

If you choose daily recurrence for the task, it will prompt you the option to repeat the task every X day beginning from a date which you can select. You will also get the option to choose the number of recurrences.

For e.g. Let us suppose you have created a daily recurring task, which you need to repeat every 5 days starting from the day you have created it and want it to continue for the next 10 days. So, you can select the options from drop down accordingly.

Weekly recurring tasks

Similar to daily recurring tasks, you can choose weekly recurrence for the task as well. In this case, you will also get to choose the option for which day or days of the week you want the task to recur.

Monthly recurring tasks

In monthly recurring tasks you get the added option to choose which day of the month you want the task to recur.

Yearly recurring tasks

You can create yearly recurring tasks as well.

That’s all for now. Stay tuned for more updates.
