We saw the mess. We built the fix.
Sandeep Kashyap, the founder and CEO of ProofHub, started his career building web apps for clients worldwide. He loved the craft, the team, and the joy of building. What he didn’t like was managing messy client feedback—long emails, vague comments, and constant back-and-forth. In 2007, he built a small proofing tool called "ProofMini," to make feedback a little less painful to give and receive. As adoption grew beyond our internal team, Sandeep realized the real problem with managing work was missing or scattered context.

In 2012, we launched ProofHub to unify all the essential tools teams need to work effectively. One place to plan work, discuss ideas, track progress, and move projects forward. Built and refined through daily use, every feature was carefully designed to solve real coordination challenges — eliminating tool chaos, centralizing organization, and creating a straightforward workspace where teams can focus on doing great work instead of managing software.
We trust you to do your job. That means no check-ins for the sake of check-ins, no asking permission to make a decision that's clearly yours to make
Have an idea? Bring something to show. Evidence, feedback, a working prototype. Titles don't decide — the work does.
Every feature runs through our own work before it ships. If it doesn't make our day easier, you might never see it.
The best person in the room rarely solves the hardest problems alone. We pair up, ask for help early, and treat collaboration as a skill in itself.
Don't wait for someone to assign it. If you spot the problem, you're already the right person to fix it.
Bootstrapped since day one. We answer to customers, not investors. Our profitability funds our independence.
We plan carefully and revise freely. When ProofHub shows us something isn't landing in our day-to- day work, we fix it.
We make sure everyone knows their part, even when two people are assigned to the same task.
We keep updates, questions, and decisions tied directly to the task or project they belong to.
Every feature starts with a person trying to get something done. Not a use case, not a workflow diagram. A person.
