ProofHub Update: Attach Google Docs

Sharing documents is a fundamental part of working in groups, large or small. Most people in the workplace still share documents through email, which can be a hassle. It’s easy to lose track of which version different people are using and it’s difficult to access your files when you’re away from your computer.

In its latest update ProofHub makes file sharing and collaboration easier with the ability to upload Google Docs to ProofHub directly from your Google Account. Now you can upload and store any type of file to ProofHub right from your Google Account. Using ProofHub, you can seamlessly attach these files to your online tasks and Projects.

To get started create a project in ProofHub, invite your collaborators and attach Google Doc file to your Projects. Steps to attach Google Docs in your ProofHub

  1. Go to Projects, Topics & Proofing field
  2. Select a Project in which you want to add Google Doc file
  3. Click on Add Comment/ Proof button
  4. Select Attach Google Docs option, login with your gmail account from which you want to import doc files.
  5. Filter Google Doc files: You can filter your Google Docs here. Suppose you have lot of Google docs of Designing, Development, and Management etc. then type ‘Design’ or ‘Management’ to filter your files.
