In ProofHub chats history is always 'On' and the saved chats are located in the "Chats History" tab, where each chat is distinct, marked with the person you were chatting with.

Saved chats can be easily viewed and posted as Topics for further discussions with your other ProofHub users. And of course, you can easily search for a chat using keywords or the name of the person you were chatting with. With chat history saving, you never have to worry again about losing something important from your chats.

As soon as you add a colleague, client, user in your ProofHub to give them access to project they show up in your chat users list as well. You do not have to add them separately.

Your ProofHub account is automatically enabled with chat features. When you're signed in to ProofHub, you should always see a Quick Contacts box along the bottom right of your screen. Clicking on a name in Quick Contacts will start a chat session.

P.S. People that you see in your chat list are the ones who also are a part of the projects assigned to you. People from the other projects that you are NOT a part of will not appear in the list.

Email notifications let people stay up to date on topic threads via email. When you are subscribed to the topic, you’ll get an email notification each time someone else posts a new comment on that topic.

It’s easy to notify people about one of your topics. When you post a topic you’ll see a section that says, “Select people to be notified” Select whomever you want to be notified. Selected people will receive a copy of the topic via email and will also receive any comments posted to that message via email too (they can unsubscribe at any time).

A topic can be a group of messages, discussions or comments related to the project. For example, if you would like to start a new discussion regarding the project requirements, you can create a new topic named "Requirements" and Subscribe people to receive email notifications for every new comment, file, etc that is posted within the topic. This way all of the project requirements related discussions and files can be found under this topic anytime.

To create a new project, under the Projects tab click "Add Project" at the top of projects panel (left panel). You'll then see a window to enter name of the project and description of the project. From the right hand side "Add contacts to this project" list, select team members or clients that should have access to this project.

If you haven't created logins for your clients, teams, co-workers, collaborators, etc., click the "Add groups or contacts now" button.

Hi, (unable to find a contact us function on the website)
My name is Sal. I am employed by Kane Constructions (medium to top tier construction company working in Australia and currently in Malaysia). We currently have 55 different construction projects running concurrently. Proofhub has so much potential to suit our current needs however it needs to be tailored to suit our construction terminology and communication workflow.
Do you have an authorised agent in Australia that I can speak to for IT support? Kind Regards Sal

Can I keep certain people/clients from seeing specific projects? Also, can I give anyone permission to access any project, or keep anyone from seeing any project.
