Yes, we accept PayPal supporting major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How does the 30 days free trial work?
You get 30 days to try and test ProofHub on all the plans. We don't require a credit card during the trial. After your trial period is over you will be asked to enter your payment information to continue using ProofHub.
Do I get a 30 days free trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade your plan within your trial period or even later, you will not be eligible for the 30 days free trial period.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can change your plans at any time. To change, click on the "Settings" tab, select "Account Settings" and follow the steps.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your ProofHub account at anytime.
What happens at the trial end?
Our support team will email you before your trial expires. Once you provide your payment information your trial account will become permanent and all of your projects, files, and all the other data remain intact.
If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30 day trial, your account will expire.
How do I cancel my account?
Cancelling your account is easy. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and clicking "Accounts Settings" section from the settings tab.
