When you’re using ProofHub for free, you can only access one project at a time, with 250 MB of space for file storage. Once you upgrade, enjoy access to more projects and more space for files.
Yes, we accept PayPal, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your ProofHub account at anytime.
You get 30 day to try out ProofHub. We don't ask for a credit card during the trial. After your trial period is over, you’ll be asked for your payment information if you want to continue using ProofHub.
Our support team will email you before your trial expires. Once you provide your payment information, your trial account will become permanent and all of your projects, files, and other data will remain intact. If you opt not to pay at the end of your 30 day trial, your account will expire.
If you upgrade your plan within your trial period or later, you will not be eligible for the 30-day free trial period.
Cancelling your account is easy. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the “Accounts Settings" section from the settings tab.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. To change it, click on the "Settings" tab, select "Account Settings" and follow the steps.
