How does FREE trial work?

To activate your FREE trial, all you have to do is sign up and add your project details and you won’t be charged for it. If you choose to cancel within the FREE trial month you won’t be charged anything. But, you will be charged if you choose to continue after the one month trial. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 12th of every month, and you cancel on the 21st, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. We don’t prorate for partial months.

Do I have to sign up for a long term?

No, there are no long term contracts neither you have to sign up for a long term. All you need to do is pay month-by-month. If you choose to cancel you will be billed for that current month and no further.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Simply click on the "Account Settings" under the settings tab and you'll see your options.

Do you accept Paypal??

Yes, we accept PayPal along with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Do I get FREE trial if I sign up for long term?

When you upgrade from free account to paid account you are not eligible for any free account.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every ProofHub plan includes unlimited users and clients. 100 people or 10 people, 30 clients or just 3, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel Account" from the settings tab.
