What do you mean by File Proofing?

File Proofing enables to share files(jpg, gif and png for now) and collaborate on changes using ProofHub's inbuilt proofing tool, review designs and graphics quickly. Thus this is the easiest method to review files as the changes in the files can be directly marked using proofing tools and the same can be viewed by other members who are also a part of that project. You can proof the files by clicking on Projects, Topics and Proofing tab in the top menu bar.
