How do I add people to the chat and how can I chat with them?

To add a person to te chat list, you need to have that person in your contacts. To add a new contact click on the Contacts tab in the top menu bar, select the Group/Company to which that person belongs and than click on the Add Contact tab. This will open a new popup window for you to fill the required informaion about that person.

Once the person is added in your contact list you can find his/her name in the chat list as well, at the bottom right corner of your account, which says who's online.
