To use iCal, click on Milestones & Tasks tab

Then click on “Export iCalendar” link to export iCal file to your computer or right click on “Subscribe to iCalendar” and then “Copy link location” to copy iCalendar feed URL.

Now you can simply import ProofHub calendar milestones to your desktop or web calendar.

To add iCalendar of milestones to Google calendar

1. Go to your Google calendar
2. Click on Add button at sidebar
3. Click on Import Calendar

To add iCalendar feed URL

1. Go to your Google calendar
2. Click on Add button at sidebar
3. Click on Add by URL

With this you can simply add iCalendar of milestones to your Google calendar.

ProofHub has added a new button “Add Contacts from Google” under contacts field. When you have to import Google contacts just click on this “Add Contacts from Google” button and pop up will be open where you can add contacts from Google.

Steps to Add Contacts from Google

• Select a Group/Company: In first step just select a existing group or company in which you want to add contact or if you want to add new group or company then you can simply add here a new company or group and then can add contacts in it.

• Filter Google Contacts: You can filter your Google contacts here. If your company’s domain name is ‘acme.com’, then type ‘acme’ or ‘acme.com’ to filter your staff members. Similarly if you wish to add your client’s staff, type their company name or domain.

If you want to add contacts manually then you can easily switch to this option with just single click on “Add Contacts Manually” link and vice versa.

Some times you do not work on any project for some particular time period or you have stopped working on it due to its completion. But these projects are still in your ProofHub’s main dashboard under Project, Topics and Proofing tab and make your ProofHub dashboard hotch potch. But now you can move your unwanted projects in Archive, but later on if you want these projects in main projects tab you can recover these projects with just a click.

Within this group, the most frustrating are those that ignore direct requests for information.

The options I set in the project management software are simple: done or not-done. To maximize the value of information from this technique start with the most detailed level of a task you can find.

Its very tough question because every project has its unique characteristics, even you managed a lot of projects before but this type question rises most of time during project management.

While the email might contain a deadline or language conveying urgency,  the sender has no clear way of seeing how close to being done the issue is nor does the recipient have any way of updating the timeline on the issue -other than sending more email that then needs to be sifted through to get to the status information.

4. It is cumbersome and difficult for the sender to see the status of all issues or tasks at any point in time. They need to search their inbox/outbox issue by issue or person by person.
