Easy-to-Use Web-based Project Management Software

House-owner’s Helper implemented ProofHub to supervise the progress of their ongoing projects, and wished to easily copy their centralized schedules for further references. There was an initial surprise on getting the employees up on the Service. “We were moving from disorder to organization. Following bits and pieces from different places and locations to an online single window login makes the life of every employee easy.  But the shock wore off after a period of two weeks. “Everyone is now accustomed to ProofHub and much happier with the reduced level of confusion,” said Project Manager of House-owner’s Helper.

Everyday courier’s service implemented ProofHub to smoothen their operations and customer services. ProofHub was quickly integrated into Everyday courier’s operations. While the task management and collaboration functions were initially taken with a lot of concern by their team, unused to such accountability, team eventually recognized the value by ensuring that their deadlines actually reflected their current workload. “Employees feel less burden and better scheduled then ever,” explained Jeff Mark CEO of everyday courier. The Online ProofHub service is broadly accepted such that users have even used it in routine work outside their planned workload.

The Private Security Company New Jersey implemented ProofHub to raise the success rate on a wide variety of projects. During the course of implementing ProofHub, Private Security Company was apprehensive about how the system would fit into their existing workflow and how readily it would be adopted. Employees were concerned that it would be mere wastage of time as well as money. After several weeks of consideration, testing and using for a number of projects, Dr. Thomas Powell,, the Chief Operating Officer said, “their is a good understanding and appreciation of the cost of ProofHub in managing the companies operations.”

The Florida based chain of books store successful implemented ProofHub to increase the efficiency and accuracy of their future projects. They can track the number of copies sold for each author and even by subject of the books. Now they can easily put purchase order by generating the past history and customers feedback. Prof Amuelclarke said, ‘they have not only improved their operational efficiency but also furbished their routine work to considerable level.’
