  Milestones

  ProofHub's milestones help you mark a high level event such as completion, endorsement or signing of a deliverable or a meeting. ProofHub allows you to prepare a list of tasks that needs to be completed, assign a person or people who will be responsible to complete the tasks and even set reminders for your milestones.

  Improved dashboard

  With list of recent updates within your projects we have now added milestones updates as well. View or add upcoming milestones without having to go to the milestones & tasks tab.

  Manage your quick tasks

  Have a tasks list? Store them in your ProofHub's quick tasks and stay up to date no matter how, when and from where you access it. Set a due date, get a reminder through email, check off the completed tasks or even email your to-do list to yourself or someone.

  Easy to manage Groups/People

  Adding groups, companies, people and setting permissions for each user in your ProofHub is now easier than ever before. It takes only a few seconds to add a group, a company, a person or set permissions. Add photos and info of the person within this area or let your ProofHub's users fill their info on their own.

  Account settings

  Have a tasks list? Store them in your ProofHub's to-do list and stay up to date no matter how, when and from where you access it. Set a due date, get a reminder through email, check off the completed tasks or even email your to-do list to someone.

  Preview documents within the browser

  We have just launched the ability to preview document files within ProofHub, right in the browser. You do not need to wait for the files to download to view it's content anymore. For a quick look, just hit "Preview" and save yourself some minutes. Currently supported formats are .doc, .ppt, .docx, .tiff, .pdf.

  Customize your ProofHub
  Choose from over 7 color options to personalize your ProofHub and and upload your company logo that displays on your ProofHub's login screen. To change the colors, choose a color from the top bar of your ProofHub account and it takes a second to apply the color. You can upload your company logo from the settings tab.

  People in the discussion
  Now it's easier than ever to see who is getting notified through emails when you post a comment under a topic. The comments area shows the thumbnail pictures of the people who will receive the emails and faded thumbnails shows the people who are not getting notified.

  Get in touch with your team and clients instantly within the browser without downloading or installing any software.

  Preview graphics
  Quickly preview graphic files within the comments area and even in the file area. A "Preview" link can be found right next to the graphic file thumbnail.

  Super fast search
  Instead of sorting by date or sender, you can search comments, topics, chats and files in a blink. "Quick search" on the top right hand side of ProofHub empowers you to type in keywords and displays the results without refreshing the page. It works just like Google search. If you're looking for a comment that contains the word "payment" simply type payment in the search box and ProofHub will find it in every single topic and comment posted within your projects, your chat history with your team and clients.

  Reply to a particular comment
  It gets tough if you want to reply to a particular comment that is in the middle of the comments page and your newly added comment gets added to the bottom of the page and there is no way to show the relation. To solve this, we added "Reply to this comment" with each comment in the comments area. This will copy the content of the comment in "New comment" box automatically and it gets posted with your comment which will tell others about the comment you replied to.

  Proofing made easy
  It's time to forget using MSpaint, Photoshop or any other 3rd party software to comment on designs, graphics and mockups using arrows and pencil. ProofHub made proofing and reviewing process so easy that it takes only a click to open the file and leave your comments on them without leaving your browser.

  Reply to ProofHub comments via emails
  Now you can post a comment by simply replying to the emails that you receive when a comment in posted in any of your projects and topics. Any attached files and documents will also get attached to the comments replied via email.

  Upload your picture
  Let others see your picture or your mood. It takes a couple of seconds to upload your pic.

  Increased attachment limit
  Now you can start sharing large source files, large presentations and files you just can't seem to get smaller. You can upload files upto 50 MB with comments.

• Time tracking
  Tracking time spent on a task was never so easy. Anytime a comment is posted, you can also input the time you spent on the task. Summary of the total spent on the tasks can be viewed with one click.

  When you are inside your ProofHub, you can stay updated about new stuff posted in your projects by any of your team members or clients without waiting for email notifications to tell you about it.
