A quick tour of ProofHub's important features that might interest you
Dashboard
Dashboard is the first screen that you see when you log in. Your dash board quickly provides you all the overview of the latest activities across your projects on one screen. You can view all the recent activities under a particular project by clicking on the project name from the list.
Projects and Topics
Let's look at the Projects & Messages area where all of your communication is centrally stored. To add a new project, click adds. Enter the title of the project and add description. Finally, assign people to this project. These people will be notified through emails, and this project will be visible in their dashboard area as well as in their projects & messages area. If you forgot to assign some one to this project, simply click the "Edit" button and select the person.
Files
You can Upload the files in your projects and Share them centrally with anyone. Thumbnails view gives you a proper idea about the file or image. Click on Preview tab to have large view of file or image. You can also download it on your system.
Time Tracking
Tracking time spent on a task was never so easy. Anytime a comment is posted, you can also input the time you spent on the task. Summary of the total spent on the tasks can be viewed with one click.
Milestones and Tasks
ProofHub's milestones help you mark a high level event such as completion, endorsement or signing of a deliverable or a meeting. ProofHub allows you to prepare a list of tasks that needs to be completed, assign a person or people who will be responsible to complete the tasks and even set reminders for your milestones.
Proofing
Easy review your files and images through Proofing tool. It helps your team and client easily explain things, comment or point to the issues. With Proofing, you do not need MSPaint or PhotoShop to mark things using arrows and lines
Quick search
Quickly Search through the entire projects in ProofHub. If you want to search comments, start you search keyword with comment word like Comment: Hi. Quick Search tool will only search comments automatically.
